Caroline Flack admits she's "really high on dance".
The former presenter of The Xtra Factor admits all she ever thinks about now is her routines for Strictly Come Dancing, admitting that the intense training is tougher than she'd thought.

"I'm really high on dance right now. That's all I've been thinking about and I love it."
She also insisted that people shouldn't bet on her winning, and tips Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills to do well.
"I've only seen Scott dance and he was brilliant.
"I wouldn't put any money on me get though - no one has seen me dance!"
Scott returned the compliment and said he wouldn't mind getting tough criticism from the show's judge Craig Revel Horwood.
He explained: "The training has been really tough. I think Caroline could do really well, I watched her today and she was brilliant.
"I love the drama with Craig. He's different off screen, he's really nice and then I think actually I know what you are really like."
