Bobby Norris and Gemma Collins bicker like "siblings."
The 'Only Way is Essex' star is adamant his relationship with the bubbly blonde, 34, who made a cameo in the Christmas special last week, will never come to an end, despite their on-screen squabbles, because their bond is so strong.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he said: "With me and Gem, we love each other to bits and we are like brother and sister. I'm an only child so she's like the big sister I've never had. So, although we've always bickered or had disagreements, it's no different to a sibling kind of fight.
"I'll always go home and, I don't like to go home on a argument, send her a text and go, 'Look, love you.' Or, 'I'll phone you tomorrow.' Just to let her know that we can get over this. The thing is with me and Gem, especially on the show, I could tell her stuff and vice versa."
And Bobby, 29, really hopes the plus-size beauty, who is known for her controversial outbursts, will return to the ITVBe show full-time following her departure earlier this year but understands her busy life may not allow it anymore.
Asked if he wants Gemma, Lauren Goodger and Mario Falcone, who all made a cameo in the special, to return full-time, he said: "It would be lovely to have them come back. I think it's down to where people are in their lives and stuff but I would definitely like to have all three of them back."
