It's that time of year again, with civilian Big Brother UK coming to a close after an explosive series jam-packed full of twists and turns.
From sending a housemate out of the door on the first night within two hours of them entering, to shooting in a load of 'legendary' former housemates, the series has been entertaining at times, controversial at others and sometimes downright disappointing.
Despite that we've made our best efforts to stick with it and have now found ourselves on finale night - July 16 2015.
With six finalists remaining - and just one of them a woman - who do we think should walk away with the cash and title of BBUK winner? Here's what we think of each of the finalists...
Danny Wisker
A fantastic actor, that's for sure. Some of the things Danny has said on his Twitter account are absolutely disgusting and we'd hate to see someone like that rewarded. He's wished death upon reality stars in the past via tweets, attacked women, used homophobic slurs and more. If he wins it'll be a travesty. Not quite a travesty like last year, because he's been an OK housemate, but a travesty all the same.
Our hopes for Danny winning: 0/10
Nick Henderson
This guy's had an interesting time in the house, with some rather intriguing relationships with some of his fellow female housemates. It all culminated with Harry and Nick forming an incredibly close bond, but that actually drained a lot of life out of his storyline and it got boring as a viewer to see his back-and-forth with Harry all of the time.
Our hopes for Nick winning: 2/10
Joel Williams
We're on the fence with Joel. He's been hilariously entertaining at times with his slut drops, dance routines and interesting vocal performances, but surely he should know that there comes a point when it can all be a bit of overkill? He's also a Tory politician, and that's shined through in his arguments in the house. He's been quite manipulative at times, using his intelligence to come out of a confrontation looking better than perhaps he should, and although he puts on a good front he does actually crumble under pressure. This was apparant when he first said he refused to send somebody home in the Sam Kay Cash Bomb twist, before allowing Danny to overrule him and running with the majority. If he'd have stuck his neck out to point blank refuse to send a housemate out the doors, we'd have a lot more respect for him.
Our hopes for Joel winning: 4.5/10
Cristian MJC
Oh Cristian. On night one you were laughing with Danny about how the twins were "vulnerable" and if there was any way in which you'd be able to bag one of them and break up their relationships on the outside. Then there was the fear of sharing a bed with another man, when it looked like you'd have to share with Nick. Now you're sharing baths with members of the same sex - progress is being made! I think Cristian is very insecure within himself and in a lot of places. The fact that he's not used his earlier life and health issues to further his game is to be applauded, but then he engaged in a few games of tonsil tennis with Hotel of Hell guest Jasmine Lennard, resulting in whoops and cheers from the boys but criticism from the public - did the pair just want the spotlight and headlines? Cristian winning would be shocking in the fact that we'd be blown away by his levels of support - but it's not something we're entirely against.
Our hopes for Cristian winning: 5/10
Jack McDermott
Jack has many sides to him. At times he's boring and mopey, sitting in his dressing gown on the sofa or complaining that he can't get away from the cameras. At other times he's funny, like when he pretended to eat a pastry and fail the Hotel task. Then he went and ruined that by throwing a fit because he was told he didn't pull his weight as much in the task as others, actually eating the pastry and causing the group to fail the task. Despite that in his first week in the house he was offered a car worth over £20,000 in exchange for his place in the house - something he refused. With cash up for grabs this week he did however manage to land himself the same amount in cold hard notes, so not all was lost. Jack is the best of a bad bunch of men - his win would not go down as one of the best, but certainly wouldn't be one of the worst either.
Our hopes for Jack winning: 6/10
Chloe Wilburn
Chloe's one of those housemates that have mostly flown under the radar, and she blames that on being the "normal" one in the group. She's had her rows and times of groaning, but she's shined more as a genuine person than actually annoying us as a viewer. By some she's been called fake for taking £5,000 for the cash pot, but her situation was completely different to the ones she was complaining about before that money was offered to her. When Brian was being attacked in the house, she acknowledged to some of her fellow housemates that she didn't like the way in which he was being treated, but refused to stand up for him because Helen Wood wasn't being directly rude to her. That lack of a backbone is where things began to go wrong for Chloe, but would a win from her disappoint us? Not as much as some of the others?
Our hopes for Chloe winning: 7/10
It says a lot that our scores for the final housemates cannot pass a 7. Though this series hasn't been a boring one, it has been slapped down with twist after twist, firmly pressing its foot on the throat of viewers and refusing to let up and give us time to breathe.
Whilst it was amazing to see Nikki Grahame, Brian Belo and Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace back in the Big Brother house for an extended period of time, the very fact that they took up a lot of the airtime when shows did go to broadcast meant that the public have not had the chance to connect to some of those on-screen as much as we have in the past.
Dud evictions - such as the 4 in 4 out twist and Sam Kay Cash Bomb - have hurt the series more than helped it, with weak ratings reflecting just how the viewers feel.
Civilian Big Brother UK should after this series be put on a break. The producers need to get their heads together and actually take note of what the public is asking for. A back to basics season with little to no twists regarding nominations and evictions, with fun tasks (such as the scare task early on with Eileen's hilarious shrieking) and a bunch of housemates who haven't previously been on reality TV, or slept with celebrities, or sold kiss and tell stories to newspapers, or have a history of being aggressive... you can see where we're going.
Big Brother: Timebomb will conclude tonight on Channel 5 with a feature length final episode.
