The 'Celebrity Big Brother' stars, who split over the weekend following just six weeks of dating, have rekindled their relationship after working through their issues in a "crisis talk" this morning.
Taking to her Twitter account this afternoon (22.02.16), the former 'Hollyoaks' actress confirmed their reconciliation, writing: "Me and jez are still very much together. We're working around schedules to be with eachoteher. I'm madly in love with him. Thanks for the support though... All of the support though. Means a lot (sic)."
The couple announced their heartbreaking split this morning when Jeremy, 26, claimed he'd dumped the 22-year-old actress because he couldn't deal with the pressure that came with dating the television star.
A representative for the Irish hunk said at the time: "He cares really deeply for Steph however the pressure of the relationship was just too much. He really wishes it could have worked out and he wishes Steph the very best for the future."
However, a friend close to Stephanie believes their relationship came crumbling down after Jeremy vanished for an entire day and refused to answer her calls following a personal appearance at a nightclub in Scotland.
The insider explained: "She couldn't get hold of him for 24 hours and was really worried, especially with the recent rumours he cheated on her after a night out."
Meanwhile, the news the pair had called time on their romance came as a shock to fans as, just three days ago, Jeremy splashed out on a diamond ring for the brunette beauty.
They have also been discussing marriage and have been actively house-hunting for their own little love nest in London.
The couple struck up a romance in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house last month while Stephanie was in a relationship with Sam Reece.
