Paul Danan has signed up for 'Celebrity Big Brother'.
The former 'Hollyoaks' actor - who was a big hit on ITV's 'Celebrity Love Island' in 2005 and 2006 - has reportedly agreed to enter the reality show house next month.
A source said: "Paul has been the talk of the 'CBB' team since 'Love Island' returned to our screens.
"While he is not as crazy as he was back in 2005, producers hope he will bring some mischief into the house."
The 37-year-old star was nicknamed "Dangerous Danan" following his two stints on the original 'Love Island', which saw him fall "in love" with Lady Isabella Hervey before being removed from the villa after a drunken row in the first series while he spent most of his time arguing with model Sophie Anderton after his return to the house in the second series.
Danan then landed his own ITV2 show 'Test Drive My Girlfriend' before appearing alongside his 'Love Island' co-stars Calum Best and Fran Cosgrave in 'Calum, Fran and Dangerous Danan'.
The former soap star made a brief return to reality TV earlier this month when he appeared as a panellist on the revamped 'Love Island'.
And he is now set to appear alongside rumoured fellow housemates 'The Only Way Is Essex' star Gemma Collins, Atomic Kitten's Natasha Hamilton, wrestler Hulk Hogan and former 'Fashion Police' presenter Kathy Griffin on the UK vs USA themed series of the Channel 5 show.
