Last night's episode of Big Brother: Timebomb saw Helen Wood say Brian Belo looked like a "rapist" and "murderer", and of course the comments have seen a huge response from the viewing public, with 1,100 taking the time to complain to Ofcom about the housemate's behaviour.
Before jumping the wall to escape the house, Brian told Big Brother that he felt "degraded" and "defeated" because of the "barrage of abuse" coming his way from Helen.
Ofcom have now confirmed that they'll be assessing the complaints before deciding whether or not to launch a full investigation.
In a statement, Channel 5 have said: "Big Brother takes rule-breaking very seriously. Helen and Marc (O'Neill) were both warned regarding their behaviour and as with all housemates they continue to be closely monitored at all times."
