Mark Wright has sent a legal letter to bosses at Channel 5 to stop Lauren Goodger from talking about him on Celebrity Big Brother.
The former 'The Only Way Is Essex' stars dated on and off for over 10 years and Mark, 27, had Lauren sign a gagging contract when they were still together but he's said to be worried she could break the terms of the agreement by opening up about their relationship on the Channel 5 reality series.
In a bid to prevent her from gossiping about their past, Mark - who is now engaged to former 'Coronation Street' actress Michelle Keegan, 27 - had his legal team send a warning letter to show producers Endemol to remind them Lauren, also 27, is banned from talking about him.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Mark had been on at Lauren for a while about signing a confidentiality agreement preventing her from talking about him.
"They were still a couple and Mark took her away on holiday and she finally agreed to sign it.
"It has been in place for the past four years and really, there was no need for Mark to worry but it seems he felt the need to remind everyone."
Lauren - who has been flirting with former 'Geordie Shore' star Ricci Guarnaccio since entering the 'Big Brother' house - doesn't seem to be put off by the court order, however, as although she didn't mention his name she did speak about her "amazing sex" with her ex-boyfriend of 12 years.
She told Ricci: "Our sex lives kept us together for 12 years. We had amazing sex."
