'Big Brother's Marco Pierre White Jr has reportedly been charged with driving while high on cocaine.
The 21-year-old star - who is the son of celebrity chef Marco Pierre White - was stopped by police in Hammersmith, west London, on April 20 with more than 200 micrograms of the illegal drug in his blood while behind the wheel of his BMW, according to the MailOnline.
The outrageous model is expected to attend a hearing at Hammersmith Magistrates Court in London next week regarding the charge but it's not known if he'll be able to as he's currently locked up in Channel 5's infamous abode.
However, there's a chance Marco could be given the boot tonight (17.06.16) as he's currently up for eviction alongside Emma Jensen, Georgina Leigh Cantwell and Andy West.
Marco dropped jaws earlier this week when he was caught on camera having a raunchy romp with his housemate Laura Carter, despite having a fiancée on the outside.
The model got carried away when he told the 30-year-old redhead he wanted to "f**k her brains out" before sucking on her bare breast over some alcoholic beverages.
He justified his actions at the time by claiming he and his fiancée Kim Melville-Smith had agreed prior to him entering the house that they were in an "open relationship."
However, Kim - who got engaged to Marco just weeks ago - has denied she gave him permission to get with someone else behind her back and claims he was merely given a "hall pass."
Taking to her Twitter account shortly after the pair's tryst aired earlier this week, Kim said: "Fyi I said #hallpass NOT open relationship. I don't watch bb, but I heard this today. Worst thing I can't even talk to him #bbuk #bbmarco (sic)."
