Reality stars Jordan Davies and Sam Thompson have come under fire during their time in the Celebrity Big Brother house, with their most recent criticism coming from this year’s Love Island champion, Kem Cetinay.
Taking to Twitter to poke fun at the pair for painting their nails and rapping together, he insinuated the two were copying his and Chris Hughes’ antics in Love Island last month. He wrote:
Kem and Chris wore blue nail polish while they were on Love Island, with Kem also trying to show off his rapping, much to the joy of everybody watching.
When Marnie Simpson said in a now-deleted tweet that she was “annoyed” by those who would “assume” CBB is copying the show, Chris Hughes took offence at her wording.
“Celebrities don’t copy civilians,” she said. “More the other way round. Pipe down.”
Kady McDermott, another star of Love Island then took a dig at Marnie whilst riding a train with Scott Thomas – another former contestant on the ITV2 show.
We think everybody should get over themselves a little bit and start spreading love, rather than being offended by being called a “civilian”!
Celebrity Big Brother continues each night on Channel 5.
