Keith Chegwin has reportedly agreed to star in the forthcoming series of Celebrity Big Brother.
The presenter's best-known for his Big Breakfast appearances, and has starred on reality television shows in the past including Dancing On Ice.
An insider at Channel 5 told The Sun newspaper: "CBB bosses hope Keith will bring a lot of fun to the show.
"He is a nice guy and could be the peacekeeper in the house."
Last week a number of stars were linked to the show including Katie Price, who's said to be joined by one of her former lovers.
Both Dane Bowers and Alex Reid have been in the show before, but the drama expected didn't come.
"There was nowhere near the fireworks they hoped for.
"So this year they want Katie in there herself to cause havoc with an ex. It could be very explosive."
Rumoured to join Katie are one of three exes - Dwight Yorke, Gareth Gates or Peter Andre.
