Jeremy Jackson today appeared on ITV's This Morning and claimed he opened Chloe Goodman's robe on Celebrity Big Brother because he's interested in fashion.
The star was removed from the show over the weekend but insists he never touched Chloe's skin and was simply keen to see which bikini she had on.
Explaining himself he said: "My intentions were based on a relationship that Chloe and I had built regarding her swimming suits and how many of them she had and how many times she had changed them on the show.
"I toured the world producing fashion shows - that included bikini lines for five years, that included working with models and talking about fashion is something I do on a regular basis."
The former actor said at the time he didn't think he'd done anything wrong but then realised that Chloe was nude under the garment.
"I was drunk with vomit on my face and I leaned to lift the robe to see here [touches his shoulder], to see the strap and, 'What bikini is this today?' And she didn't have a bikini on and that's when it turned into a naughty situation."
Confessing that whilst he thinks being drunk affected his judgement, he couldn't claim he wouldn't have done the same without having had consumed so much alcohol.
"I venture to say I might have done the same thing sober, yes. Although I was nauseous ... I can't blame it on alcohol. I made the decision, I made the action and the reaction was a bad one."
Now Jeremy wants to "proceed with a little more caution and understanding" and hopes he can apologise face-to-face with Chloe when the show comes to an end.
