Helen Lederer is convinced she'll have a "nervous breakdown" in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house.
The 'Absolutely Fabulous' star is rumoured to be heading into the infamous abode later this month and, although nothing is set in stone as of yet, she thinks the idea of being trapped within four walls for three weeks will push her over the edge.
Speaking to the Metro newspaper, she said: "Yes [I am rumoured to being going on 'CBB', if you want a nervous breakdown in public... but there's nothing official."
However, the 61-year-old comedienne is still toying with the idea of entering the house because she's not keen on showing the nation her waterworks or acid tongue.
She explained: "I have no desire to cry and show my nasty side. The thought of a day without wine or a Biro... the mental deprivation... I did 'Splash!' [in 2013] where you dive for money - that was very depressing. I just thought, 'Oh f**k...' "
But it's not just herself that she'll need to convince as she recently admitted her 25-year-old daughter Hannah, whom she has with her husband Roger Alton, will probably disown her if she were to accept the offer for the celebrity series.
She said last week: "My daughter would disapprove and if I do go into the 'CBB' house."
Meanwhile, the line-up for the forthcoming series is yet to be confirmed by Channel 5 but 'Geordie Shore's Marnie Simpson, actress Helen Flanagan, singer Anastacia and presenter Laura Whitmore are reportedly on the hit list.
'Celebrity Big Brother' is set to hit screens on July 28 at 9pm.
