Perez Hilton and Cami Li - currently positioned as King and Queen of the house - decided which four of their housemates should face the public vote.
In a clip from tonight's episode, Big Brother announces: "The fairy king and queen chose Keith and Nadia as the two most entertaining housemates and rewarded them with immunity from the next eviction."
Cami was made Queen earlier in the week when housemates failed to save her during a fake nominations game - something she followed up by naming Perez as her King.
Speaking about who they'd chosen to face the first proper live eviction, Perez said: "I would love to go first. I have chosen Chloe."
Cami followed up by saying her housemate was Alexander, before Perez launched into a speech about his second nomination.
"The next housemate that I chose for eviction came after much deliberation and consulting with my advisors Keith and Nadia, but I disregarded what they had to tell me completely so this is wholly my decision. I nominate Michelle."
Revealing the final housemate for eviction, Cami added Alicia into the mix.
Following the announcement, Chloe declared their choices as "so predictable" before stepping down from the throne.
Celebrity Big Brother continues at 9pm tonight on Channel 5.
