Storming around the house, she muttered things including "I'm gonna smash someone's f***ing head in" and verbally abused and ridiculed Matthew, calling him a "skinny ****" and more.
Helen has received light warnings in the past for her behaviour and treatment of fellow housemate Jale, but this is the first formal warning Big Brother has had to dish out to her.
They reminded her of the rules she agreed to upon entering the house, and told her that if she repeats this sort of behaviour she may have to be removed from the compound.
