With the third week of Big Brother Canada coming to a close, so did the journey for one particular houseguest, as Jesse Larson was evicted from the house after a vote that saw only two fellow houseguests vote to save him. We got the chance to put some quickfire questions to Jesse following his eviction to find out what he’d do if he got back in the house, if he regrets not kicking up a showmance with Paras, and more!

You tore up the rule book this week before the PoV Ceremony came to an end – how do you feel about making that impact on the game before your eviction?
I thought it was a great idea to give a speech and let the houseguests know what I felt at that moment. I thought for an impact for me it was positive and now that I’m evicted I’m even happier that I did it.
We saw you getting close to Paras in the house, but not pushing for a showmance because of how it may affect your game. Now that you’re out, do you wish you’d just gone for it?
I think that not having a showmance with Paras was the right move for my game. I really couldn’t predict that I woulda been out of the house so no, I don’t regret not doing anything.
Next week we’ll be seeing a double eviction, so which two houseguests would you like out of the house and why?
Ultimately, Will, Hamza, maybe Maddie. I felt like Will was really the loose nut that derailed me in the end. Just switching sides and not giving a commitment even when I offered up everything. Maddie kinda spilled the beans and I think she was a part of that as well.
If you could make it back into the house somehow, how would you change your game to make it to the end?
That’s such a tough question because this wasn’t expected. I guess changing my game would have been just trying to make some stronger connections with other people in the house, and not as exclusively as I did.
Finally, who would you like to see take this game all the way and why?
I mean, my number one pick would obviously would be Derek. I don’t know if he’s gonna make it that far but I really hope he’s gonna pull it out.
