Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace has branded Farrah Abraham a "disturbed character".
The pair clashed on 'Celebrity Big Brother's Bit on the Side' last week, resulting in Farrah throwing a glass and hitting fellow panellist Vicki Michelle on the head and while Aisleyne, 28, says she regrets her part in the fight, she hit out at Farrah for her actions.
She told Star magazine: "I should have dealt with it more maturely. I apologise and feel bad for my part.
"I haven't slept. I had a cry because I was so upset. I didn't think it was going to escalate to that level. I should have known because Farrah's quite a disturbed character.
"I threw my champagne in her direction, not the glass. It wasn't the best way to deal with it, but it wasn't the worst either.
"People on 'TOWIE' throw drinks in people's faces, I didn't do that - I threw it towards her... Farrah stood up and threw her glass at me.
"It looked like she was aiming at my head. For a split second it seemed like she was just throwing her drink and I thought it would be great TV. I didn't realise she would take it to another level and start smashing glasses. One of the glasses hit Vicki's head. Vicki was in shock and so was I."
However, a representative for Farrah, 24, claims she was the victim, saying: "Farrah was assaulted and suffered injuries as a result. She was attended to by a medic at the scene and at hospital the next day. Her hospital notes and photos have been provided to the police."
This comes as it was claimed that Farrah and Janice Dickinson, 60, have been cautioned over the incident, where Janice threw a chair.
The 'Teen Mom' star and the former model reportedly received a formal warning from Hertfordshire police after they were involved in the violent row.
A police spokeswoman told Mirror Online: "Officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary interviewed four people on September 25 in connection to allegations of assault at Elstree Studios on the evening of September 22.
"As a result of investigations, two women, aged 24 and 60, have received a police caution for common assault.
"Enquiries in connection with another assault allegation continue, therefore it would be inappropriate to comment further at this time."
