Rodrigo denied he even fancied his housemate, however, saying they are "just friends" when he was interviewed by programme host Davina McCall after being evicted in tonight’s final (04.09.09).
A resident body language came up with a different result after analysing a video of Big Brother asking confessed bisexual Rodrigo about his relationship with the former Mr Gay UK contestant. She said he was desperately trying to hide his guilt about something.
Meanwhile, upon Charlie’s eviction, Davina asked him about footage of them seemingly kissing under the covers in the house. He claimed he was kissing his hand, to fool the cameras, and even demonstrated on Davina.
When asked about his sulky behaviour earlier in the week, after being made stylist in the last task of the series, he revealed he had even considered quitting the show over it.
Charlie told Davina : "I don’t care. In all honest to God I was going to walk. I wasn’t saying ‘I want to be the monster. I want to be the monster’ [like other housemates in an earlier task]. But I just did not want to be the stylist."
The cheeky northener also talked about how he believes his appearance on the show has helped improve his mother’s - who is sick and has suffered a brain aneurysm - condition.
He said of his reasons for coming on the show: "It wasn’t about me mum, but I know as I’ve been in [the house] she’s been getting stronger. And I know it’s because of this experience that she has."
