Cairon angered Sophie by saying she "isn’t natural".
The 18-year-old American student had commented on Karly’s youthful appearance before turning his attention to the blonde glamour girl, who warned: "Don't even comment on what I look like."
Undeterred, Cairon pressed on, saying: "My hair's natural, my body's natural. How about you? I could point to your body and pick one place that's not natural."
When Sophie informed him that just her breasts and hair are not natural, Cairon responded: "That's not your natural face. You're wearing shit all over it."
The angry 20-year-old beauty snapped: "That's not shit, that's cosmetics."
Cairon later told insisted he had been joking but she replied: "I don't really care."
Earlier this week, Sophie informed fellow housemates Angel and Karly that she wants to have more cosmetic surgery, explaining she wants plumper lips and wrinkle-smoothing Botox injections.
A shocked Angel reassured her friend she needed no help with her appearance.
