Arlene Phillips has admitted she does sometimes miss working on Strictly Come Dancing.
The 71-year-old was a judge on the BBC One competition for four years before a controversial sacking in 2008, and she confesses there are times she still wishes she were on the show.
Asked about it at The Sun newspaper's Military Awards she said: "I guess sometimes, yeah. There are moments."
However Arlene does admit she struggles to watch the show without criticising the celebrities.
"If I watch something - I don't watch it all the time. I watch little snatches. I'll put it on, but sometimes I'll see something and the words of what I thought burst out of my mouth.
"And I look and think, 'Where did I come from? No! Stop It's nothing to do with you anymore'."
Meanwhile she said earlier this year she'd like to see the panel made up on women only.
She said: "There should be more women everywhere in my opinion. There should be four women on the panel. Let's start with that one."
