Angie Best is reportedly all set to star on the forthcoming new series of Strictly Come Dancing.
The former Playboy Bunny and ex-wife of deceased footballer George Best, as well as mother to Calum Best, has signed up for the BBC One competition, much to the delight of bosses who have been trying to land her as a contestant for several series.
The 62-year-old former model and celebrity personal trainer - who has previously worked with stars including Cher and Sharon Stone - is the first contestant to be confirmed for the 2015 series of the popular show, and could be set to join gossip blogger Perez Hilton and Robbie Williams' wife Ayda Field who have been rumoured to be taking part.
During a Twitter Q&A earlier this month, Perez said: "I would LOVE to do @bbcstrictly!!! (sic)"
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed BBC bosses are chasing sacked football commentator Adrian Chiles and wife of Labour MP Simon Danczuk, Karen Danczuk, for the thirteenth series of the programme.
A source previously revealed: "Every year the producers want to get bigger names than the year before and two names that are on their radar are Adrian's and Karen's.
"It came as a huge shock to everyone when Adrian Chiles was sacked by ITV - it got everyone talking. People haven't seen much of him and he hasn't spoken out about what happened so he would be a great addition to the show. Karen has been everywhere over recent months. She loves the limelight and there's a strong interest in her story."
