Alesha Dixon admits she and her fellow 'Britain's Got Talent' judges act like "teenagers" together.
The 37-year-old beauty has a lot of fun working on the talent show with Amanda holden, Simon Cowell and David Walliams because they all get along so well.
She said: "On paper Simon is the boss, but we do make sure we keep him and David in order. All four of us revert to being teenagers on set. It's so much fun. We laugh so much. There is so much energy and I can't help but go home feeling really grateful that I get to work on one of the best shows in the country.
"And whenever we get together, everyone misbehaves. Everyone is a bit cheeky with each other. The banter is so strong and we are all so relaxed in each other's company."
But Alesha - who has two-year-old daughter Azura with partner Azuka Ononye - doesn't always understand Simon's sense of humour.
Speaking to OK! magazine, she said: "Amanda and I are very direct with Simon and we wind him up. And he winds us up. This year, he has been stealing out phones and sending funny tweets. The things he finds funny are beyond me."
