The 33-year-old presenter and partner Paul Doran-Jones welcomed their little girl into the world a month ago, and though they had previously introduced her to the world as 'Little L', the couple settled on her moniker when Zoe was 14 weeks pregnant.

The blonde beauty was on a charity trek in the Grand Canyon when "something really weird" happened - she had the same dream for two nights running in which she had a baby girl named Luna.

She said: "When I told [Paul], he was like, 'I love that name.'

"And she's such a Luna. She's really majestic and beautiful and really calming. There's a lovely aura about her and she's a really chilled baby."

Zoe had set her heart on a water birth and had undergone hypnobirthing sessions, but her labour didn't go according to her plans and after a long, tough process that ended with Luna being delivered by forceps, she was left "traumatised" for some time after the little girl was born.

She told HELLO! magazine: "They don't call it 'labour' for nothing and I'm sure everyone's birth has its complications.

"But to be completely honest, I felt really quite traumatised afterwards. It was hardcore.

"It took me a while to process it and I had to keep talking about it and thinking about it.

"And I cried a lot about it because I was physically in a lot of pain and also mentally. I wanted to give birth in the water and I wanted to be really calm and it wasn't.

"But I've processed it now and I feel really good."

But the experience hasn't put Zoe off wanting more children.

She quipped: "Next time around I'll have an epidural and a cup of tea."
