Zoe Ball has admitted she loves the thrill of a holiday romance.
The 52-year-old star - who is rumoured to have split from her model partner Michael Reed after five years together - recalled some past flings in the sun and revealed she enjoys being able to "misbehave".
Appearing on Alan Carr's 'Life's A Beach' podcast, she said: "Isn’t it great when you go somewhere and they don’t know who you are so you can misbehave.
“I fell in love with a Greek boy once, rode on the back of his moped. He would talk to me, I had no idea what he was saying.
“I did always like a holiday romance. I fell in love with a surfer in Mexico. He’s probably married with kids so I won’t tell you his name!”
In return, Alan reflected on some of his own experiences with holiday flings.
He quipped: "You open your suitcase and you go, 'Oh my God I haven’t packed my morals. No one knows who I am here, I can be a slag.' "
Their chat comes after the BBC Radio 2 presenter admitted she was "absolutely gutted" to have to pull out of the station's coverage of the Coronation Concert due to illness.
She had been set to front a show from Windsor Castle on Sunday (07.05.23) before the star-studded event featuring the likes of Lionel Richie, Katy Perry and take That, but Scott Mills had to take her place.
She tweeted on the morning of the celebrations: "Absolutely gutted… the sickness bug has got me. Was meant to be heading to Windsor Castle for the #coronationconcert on @BBCRadio2 later.
"@radioleary and @scott_mills have got you covered. I’m heading back to bed (sic)"
