The 31-year-old TV personality - who is best known for appearing in 'Geordie Shore' from 2011 until 2014 - is planning a night out with the singer and her good friend Ferne McCann now she has moved on from her former fiance John Noble.
She told The Sun Online: "I'm young-ish, single and I'm finally going to dedicate time for myself.
"I spent so many years lavishing my affection and time on men who didn't deserve it. This is the year where I put myself first.
"I feel like me and Cheryl need to go on the pull. I feel like me and Ferne need to go on the pull.
"Just watch out men of Great Britain. We're all coming for you."
The brunette beauty ended things with John when he was filmed allegedly grinding against a blonde while he was partying in Dubai - and Vicky is adamant she will never forgive him for playing away.
She said: "I did love him with all my heart, but I love myself more. F**k him.
"Oh God, no. From the minute I saw what John had done in Dubai, I knew there was no going back to him.
"It was a painful thing to accept because I did love him, but I will not be disrespected, I will not be taken for granted. Onwards and upwards, mate."
Vicky was spotted kissing Ercan Ramadan - who previously featured on 'The Only Way is Essex - over the weekend but is still free to go partying as she said the pair are keeping things "dead casual".
She said: "I have had some dates. He's a lovely guy and I'm really lucky.
"It's dead casual and super chilled, but yeah he's a nice fella."
