Vicky Pattison admits years of yo-yo dieting made her miserable.
The former 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' winner - who has been both a size 6 and 16 - has opened up about her fluctuating weight and admitted while she wasn't happy at her slimmest or biggest, now she's getting herself in a much better place.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, she said: "Over the year, throughout all my adult life actually, my weight has fluctuated.
"I've been really, really slim and then I've also been a lot bigger. In retrospect, I wasn't happy either size."
The 32-year-old star claimed she was a "boring cow" when she was closely watching her weight while she felt uncomfortable in certain outfits when she was "bigger".
She explained: "When I was bigger I didn't feel comfortable going out and doing what I wanted to do, or wearing what I wanted to wear.
"When I was smaller, I even counted how many blueberries I put in my porridge. I was a boring cow!"
Vicky has teamed up with WW - formerly known as Weight Watchers - as an ambassador, and she revealed she wants to work on being "happy and content" without putting herself down.
She added: "I'm working hard this year to be fit, strong and healthy. To be the best version of myself and achieve more than I ever have. I want to be happy and content.
"I don't want to be told I can't have carbs or I can't enjoy a gin and tonic and I don't want a life without Haribos."
The television personality recently revealed she wants to become healthier after she was shocked to learn that her "previous lifestyle" was "having an impact" on her "fertility".
She commented: "My WW journey is starting at the perfect time and I'm hoping that it will give me the fresh start that I need.
"I was recently told that my previous lifestyle was not actually healthy for me and was shocked to learn it was having an impact on my fertility.
"For me, joining WW is not just about being a certain size, but it's about being healthy and giving my body a fighting chance so I can hopefully have kids one day."
