Eamonn Holmes is stepping in to replace Vernon Kay on 'This Morning' next week, after he tested positive for COVID-19.
The 2020 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' star is "gutted" to have to sit out his presenting role alongside Rochelle Humes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Vernon - who is married to 'Strictly Come Dancing' co-host Tess Daly - will also have to miss his planned guest-hosting slot on BBC Radio 2, sitting in for Stevie Wright on his afternoon show.
He told The Sun: "I’m absolutely gutted that because of a positive Covid test I’m no longer able to present on 'This Morning' next week with Rochelle nor do Radio 2 guest hosting and Steve Wright’s cover, two iconic shows which I’ve been a fan of for decades.’"
Eamonn, 61, confirmed he will be taking the 47-year-old TV star's place on the couch with former Saturdays star Rochelle, 32, and revealed Alison Hammond is also down with "sickness", too.
He tweeted: "But just when u thought you’d got rid of me …. sickness with @AlisonHammond and @vernonkay means I’m off the bench .Get well soon to them but I have my Boots on and I’m ready to play.
"Monday and Tues line up is now myself and @RochelleHumes . Hope you can join us."
'This Morning' airs from 10am weekdays on ITV.
