The pair hooked up in 2020's Winter edition of the ITV2 dating show, but Nas has now revealed they recently reached a "completely amicable decision" to go their separate ways.
In a statement posted on his Instagram account, he wrote: "Unfortunately, Eva and I have decided to end out relationship. There is no bad blood or wrong doing - it was a mutual and completely amicable decision. (sic)”
Nas admitted he and Eva, 25, have spent "the past couple of months" trying to get their relationship back on track, but they are now "at peace" with their break up.
He added: "We tried to work things out over the past couple months but decided that this was for the best, and are both at peace with the situation.
"I am grateful to Eva and her family for the past 4 years and will cherish those memories, and wish her all the best going forward.
"Thank you for all your continued love and support, I really do appreciate it. (sic)"
In February 2021, former builder Nas had a £5,000 wheelbarrow, which was encrusted with 20,000 ruby crystals, specially made for Eva for Valentine's Day.
The couple planned to take the blingy barrow, which came complete with £1,000 worth of red roses, to care homes and hospitals to cheer people up amid the coronavirus pandemic.
At the time, Nas exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "We would really like to wheel around the roads and take it somewhere nice."
Eva added: "Yeah, like a care home and give them a rose each or something.
"There's a few care homes around here, and my granddad's in one as well, so that would be one we would go to.
"And there's a hospital just up my road, which would be nice to give everyone a rose who is entering."
