Tommy Mallet believes he will become the first billionaire of 'The Only Way Is Essex'.
The 29-year-old star made the Forbes 30 under 30 list earlier this year, thanks to his shoe brand earning £11 million sales in 2020, and Tommy now has his sights set on making history.
He explained: "It’d be nice to make my company a billion-pound company, which is really achievable. That’d be a good achievement and something I am aiming for."
Tommy - whose Mallet London footwear is being sold in various high-profile stores around the world - thinks his business success is helping to break the perception of reality stars.
He told the Daily Star newspaper: "I feel I did break the stigma of reality stars being thick. I went on to telly with a plan and set my sights on what I wanted to do.
"I am heavily dyslexic and I can’t really read and write. But I’m also probably one of the best money getters of the century."
Tommy previously explained that his dyslexia is "getting better" as he gets older.
He said: "More so when I got older, and I realised it affected me more than anything. When I started going into business, started having to read documents, buying cars and insurance and so on.
"I can read anything that's in front of me. I can read a text message, it's just anything in-depth. I can get by. I'm getting better as I'm getting older.
"I'm putting a lot of energy into it. I'm taking my time, I'm finding a bit more patience which I don't think I've ever had. So I'm getting there.
"But it's quite a struggle on the day-to-day when you receive letters, legal letters, insurance documents, to be able to go through and things like that."
