Tom Parker thinks celebrities who sign up to 'The Jump' should expect to be injured.
The 28-year-old singer came second in the winter sports show last year but was riddled with anxiety when he saw his fellow competitors - including Beth Tweddle, Rebecca Adlington and Tina Hobley - break bones, dislocate joints and pull muscles.
But, although it terrified him, he doesn't think anyone has the right to complain because everyone was briefed on how dangerous the slopes were before they agreed to the show.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, he said: "I understand after seeing Beth, when you see something like that it makes you more aware of the risks and dangers.
"I watched that happen and I was like 'f*** me' - it put the frighteners on me. You're chucking yourself down a 30ft jump. You know what you're signing yourself up for."
Despite the worrying amount of injuries sustained in the last series, bosses were given the go-ahead to do another installment this year because there were still loads of celebrities who were eager to sign up to the show when the idea was put forward.
Davina McCall - who hosts the programme - said recently: "It is coming back. I didn't think we'd be able to get anybody on it but people still want to do it, which is great."
Lydia Bright, Spencer Matthews, Vogue Williams, Caprice, Jake Quickenden, Josie Gibson and Amy Willerton are among the celebrities who have agreed to take part in the forthcoming series, which will return to Channel 4 next month.
