Tom Daley has revealed he's fallen for a male.
The 19-year-old Olympic bronze medallist diver stated in a YouTube video he's been in a relationship with a member of the same sex for a few months.
Tom made the decision to reveal his sexuality as he wants to be honest with his fans and he hopes they will support him in his decision to come out.
Speaking in a YouTube video posted on his official page, he explained: "In spring this year my life changed massively when I met someone, and they make me feel so happy, so safe and everything just feels great. That someone is a guy.
"It did take me by surprise a little bit. It was always in the back of my head that something like that could happen.
"But it wasn't until spring this year that something just clicked. It felt right and I thought, 'OK'. And my whole world changed there and then.
"Of course I still fancy girls but right now I'm dating a guy and I couldn't be happier."
However, Tom - who presents celebrity diving TV show 'Splash!' - wants people to accept his sexuality and now he has made his brave decision he is fully focused on training to try and win gold at the next Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 2016.
He said: "My friends and family have supported me and I hope you guys can too.
"I still want to win an Olympic gold medal in Rio in 2016 for Britain.
"I'm still as motivated as ever to do that."
