Tom Benedict Knight has joined the cast of 'Hollyoaks'.
The Hollywood actor is guaranteed to cause trouble when he arrives in the village alongside Denise Welch as Trish's manipulative and all around bad boy boyfriend, Brad King.
Speaking about joining the Channel 4 soap, he said: "I am really thrilled and excited to have joined the Hollyoaks family. It has been awesome on set, fast-paced, and never a dull moment working with the great cast and crew. Working with Denise and Nikki has been absolutely fantastic, both are super talented actors who are a delight to work with, and have had me in stitches non-stop! Brad is definitely here to stir things up in Hollyoaks … Get ready for a lot of bad behaviour and broken hearts. There's a new BAD boy in the village."
As well as the exciting new cast announcement, 'Hollyoaks' also revealed the trailer for the upcoming episodes of the show on Tuesday (05.01.21).
In the trailer, Brad and Trish Minniver - mother to Maxine Minniver (Nicola Sanderson) - step foot in the village with Brad introducing himself to Maxine as the new landlord.
Elsewhere, there could be a new romance on the cards for former rivals James Nightingale (Gregory Finnegan) and Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson). Taking on a new job at Nightingales as a cleaner brings the pair unexpectedly closer than ever and things heat up between the two.
And whilst things are going well for James and Ste, it is less so for Brody Hudson (Adam Woodward) and Sienna Blake (Anna Passey). Whilst things start of good with a proposal, Sienna catches Brody kissing Summer Ranger (Rhiannon Clements) and things go from bad to worse as Sienna's affair with Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas) is revealed after Summer spots them kissing and snaps a photo.
