Tokio Myers wouldn't turn down the opportunity to win big on other TV shows.
The 33-year-old pianist and producer won 'Britain's Got Talent' last year after captivating the nation with his unique performances, and now he has admitted he wouldn't be opposed to trying his luck at other competition shows such as 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' and 'Dancing On Ice'.
Speaking exclusively to Bang Showbiz, when asked if he would like to go on the shows he joked: "Yeah, I'll try and win them all!"
The star was snapped up by Simon Cowell's record label Syco after he won the show - making him the first instrumentalist to be signed to the company -and he is so close to the music mogul, the talent show boss will be accompanying him on his upcoming tour.
He said: "Simon is coming with me on the tour, but then he needs to be back to film 'BGT' stuff. He's given me the platform to do what I needed to do."
And the soulful pianist didn't shoot down the idea of joining the notorious competition judge on the 'Britain's Got Talent' panel in future.
He explained: "I can't say never...never say never is my motto, who knows where I will go but I'm really happy with where I am now and I never thought I would be in this position."
Tokio has been busy recording a new version of the hymn 'Jerusalem' in the iconic Abbey Road Studios for Team England ahead of the Commonwealth Games, and promoting his new album 'Our Generation', but he will be returning to the TV screens to make an appearance on this year's 'Britain's Got Talent' show.
He said: "I don't want to say for definite in case it doesn't happen, but yeah I think we're arranging an appearance on this year's show. It's only fair isn't it?"
Toki and Jazmin Sawyers, backed by a 54-piece orchestra and a 10-person choir, have teamed up with npower - the official sponsor of Team England - to record a new version of 'Jerusalem', the team's official anthem, ahead of Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
The track will be available on iTunes and available to download on Spotify from Friday (16.03.18).
