Text Santa will dominate the ITV schedule on December 20.
Daybreak's Richard Arnold will go behind-the-scenes on Text Santa's 'Take Me Out' special from 6am with Union J - Josh Cuthbert, Jaymi Hensley, JJ Hamblett and George Shelley - joining Aled Jones and Kate Garraway to discuss their involvement in the festive day.
Liberty X will talk about 'The Big Reunion' Christmas single 'I Wish it Could be Christmas Everyday', which was released on December 15, on talk show 'Lorraine' at 8:30am.
Chat show host Jeremy Kyle will present a special edition of his show from 9:25am which features children who are given a trip of a lifetime to Lapland, Finland.
'Let's Do Christmas... with Gino and Mel' kicks off at 12.30pm taking viewers into the afternoon. The presenters give their guide to a stress-free Christmas which will be tested by Strictly Come Dancing's Craig Revel Horwood.
'Peter Andre's 60 Minute Makeover' hits the screen soon after, followed by 'Dickinson's Real Deal: Text Santa Christmas Special', with festive pantomime dames encouraging charity donations.
Vanessa Feltz and Simon Gregson - who plays Steve McDonald in 'Coronation Street' - will join Richard Bacon on 'Show Me The Telly' with a special edition of 'The Chase' at 5pm.
This year's fundraiser will support Age UK, Barnardo's, BeatBullying, the British Heart Foundation, CLIC Sargent and Help the Hospices.
