Tamzin Outhwaite is considering continuing Dry January into February.
The former 'EastEnders' actress admitted sobriety is her "friend" and she couldn't have got through today (15.01.21) if she had a hangover, so she is thinking about extending the alcohol-free challenge.
She wrote on Twitter: "Dry Jan suddenly feels like the only option. Might take it through Feb too. There is no way I could get through the day I have today with even the slightest of hangovers. #dryjanmaybefebtoo #clarity #sobrietyismyfriend (sic)"
The former Mel Owen actress admitted she snubbed watching the news yesterday (14.01.21), which helped her day.
She wrote: "Didn’t watch the news at all yesterday and it helped the day go by swimmingly (sic)"
However, things didn't all go to plan as earlier on Thursday she revealed her daughter was missing "vital" homeschooling classes because her internet wasn't working.
She tweeted: "Ok @virginmedia I really thought we were getting somewhere but after spending another 26mins on hold today, you said my security details are wrong. They were correct when I spoke to a human yesterday. My daughter is missing vital classes due to WiFi not working properly (sic)"
Earlier this month, Tamzin revealed she was embarking on an eight-week challenge to go without "rubbish food".
She wrote on Instagram: "New day, new week, new year, new beginnings.... 1st workout with @richie.swan and a whole bunch of brilliant people on insta live .... 8 week challenge... no alcohol, or rubbish food, loads of water and a daily sauna in my @getmihigh sauna blanket. (sic)"
