Tamzin Outhwaite was left in "shock" when her hair dryer exploded over the weekend.

The 'EastEnders' actress had a scary experience when she was drying her locks only for her "very expensive" device to blow up.
She wrote on Twitter: "yesterday my @Dyson hairdryer exploded on me while i was drying my hair... It was pretty scary . This is a warning... i cant find the receipt or where i bought it , but it was very expensive & yesterday was a shock. (sic)"
While the 50-year-old star - who played Mel Owen on the BBC One soap - was left shaken, she was pleased her children, Florence, 12, Marnie, eight, weren't the ones using it at the time.
She tweeted: "I am just glad it was while I was using it & not my kids. (sic)"
The incident comes just days after Tamzin was left without heating or hot water following a gas and carbon monoxide leak.
Last month, she tweeted: "We have no heating or hot water as we had to call someone out late last night.Gas leak & carbon monoxide too.Have had to turn everything off. (sic)"
Tamzin revealed her daughter Marnie had an "unrelated meltdown" and the pair spent half an hour lying down and embracing.
She wrote: "My 8 yr old just had an unrelated meltdown.We spent 30 mins lying down,in a cuddle doing & saying nothing. It was needed.Workout can wait. (sic)"
The heating and hot water later came back on.
It came just two weeks after Tamzin suffered from internet issues, meaning one of her daughters missed "vital" homeschooling classes amid the latest national lockdown.
She tweeted: "Ok @virginmedia I really thought we were getting somewhere but after spending another 26mins on hold today, you said my security details are wrong.
"They were correct when I spoke to a human yesterday. My daughter is missing vital classes due to WiFi not working properly (sic)"
