Tamzin Outhwaite thinks she is "too old" to take part in 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 49-year-old actress isn't sure she would ever be able to put on her dancing shoes for the Latin and ballroom show because her body may not "hack it".
She said: "I worry I may be too old.
"I may think I'm up to it, but is my body?
"I'm not sure it would hack it."
And while the former 'EastEnders' actress doesn't think she could do 'Strictly', she definitely isn't going to be popping up in a spooky Welsh castle this year for 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'.
She said: "I don't understand where this rumour has come from.
"I even have my family asking me if it is true, and I have to tell them, 'No!' "
Tamzin - who played Mel Owen on 'EastEnders', before her character was killed off last year when she was run over by a lorry - admitted she doesn't watch the soap as much nowadays because she knows all the "backstage secrets", due to being a part of the cast on and off since 1998.
Speaking to OK! magazine, she added: "I used to love watching it but then once you’re on it you know all the backstage secrets and it’s not the same."
In February, Tamzin admitted she went through a "grieving process" when Mel was killed off.
Asked whether she was concerned she may never work again after leaving the show, she said: "Yes, of course.
"I'm normally quite good at being out of work, but saying goodbye to a character like that ... I had a bit of a grieving process.
"Because it was 1998 when I started so it was like, 'Now what do I do?' It felt like I was saying goodbye to something much bigger.
"What you realise is you're clearing the way for other things.
"And you can't move forward until you close some doors."
