The former 'EastEnders' actress was given an array of presents as she celebrated turning 50 yesterday (05.11.20), including numerous jewellery items.
She wrote on Twitter: "Looking through all my presents... I’m one lucky chick... 5 different beautiful gold necklaces,one engraved with special dates, one with diamonds, all exquisite,cos my friends know me so well ...#lovestackingmynecklaces #dontwearsilver #onlyweargold #luckyandloved (sic)"
Tamzin has thanked her boyfriend Tom Child and her daughters - Florence, 12, and Marnie, eight, who she shares with ex Tom Ellis - for making her birthday a special one, and she went through the day without consuming any alcohol.
She tweeted: "Thank you all for the birthday wishes. I feel extremely loved & incredibly lucky to have the friends & family I have.
Twitter can be a wonderful place sometimes.
"Those asking,I did the school run then got spoilt by my man & watched a video of all my friends doing hilarious attempts at a fitness compilation(as we were meant to be at The Body Camp). Had a lovely lunch at home. This evening my dad gave us a firework display in the garden...
"... and my girls ran me a bath with petals & Epsom salts, then gave me a facial & massage in candlelight. Presents have been arriving all day & I have never felt more loved. All without a drop of alcohol. Nicely done Tom Child, friends & family. Thank you #lockdown50th (sic)"
Tamzin - who played Mel Owen in the BBC One soap - recently admitted she feels at her best when she goes without booze and eats a plant-based diet.
She said: "I feel my best when I eat a plant-based diet, ditch alcohol and dairy, and regularly do yoga.
"I did that for a month in August with the result that I looked and felt better than I'd done in ages.
"It really does work but when you start, it is undeniably tough.
"However, get past the first week, and you're OK."
