The ‘Ready or Not’ star revealed she and her husband Jonathan Gorrigan are now a “party of five” after they welcomed their third child into the world, a son named Nico.

The 36-year-old television personality wrote on Instagram: “Nico Sunny Gorrigan.

“A different, special and very wonderful kind of Easter.

“A birthing pool entrance, surrounded by our condiments in the kitchen at home - we finally said hello to the latest member of our family. After an emotional and challenging pregnancy - I feel on cloud nine, totally overjoyed that he is finally here!”

Laura acknowledged the rarity of the moment and the ability to have “a real pause”.

She continued: “It’s not often that life takes a real pause, so we are savouring these truly special moments and toasting the new arrival the only way I know how - bottomless margs.”

The pair - who also has four-year-old daughter Sidney and two-year-old son Remy - were quickly congratulated by many famous faces, such as former ‘Love Island’ host Laura Whitmore.

The 37-year-old television presenter commented: “Congrats you superstar!”

'Our Girl' star Michelle Keegan posted: "Congratulations lovely, just beautiful"

'This Morning' presenter Holly Willoughby commented: "Aww congratulations… beautiful family and well done you… you did it!!! Super woman! Hugest love (sic)"

Laura announced she was expecting again back in February, and admitted she was keen to keep this time in her life “private”.

She wrote in an Instagram post: “I've always chosen to keep my pregnancies private for as long as possible. Worrying I will get overlooked for work and that it will affect people's perceptions of my capabilities.

“We have definitely moved the dial a lot in terms of rights, but I think pregnancy shame is a real thing and women are still, sadly, subconsciously (and consciously) discounted from opportunities because of a bump.

“I feel conscious of an announcement trigging others: conceiving can also take a variety of paths - and I always want to try and be as sensitive as possible to friends and my community who are navigating their own fertility journey...or choosing not to navigate it at all. (sic)"

The ‘Big Brother’s Little Brother’ star labelled the previous eight months the “most emotional time”, admitting she hadn’t been feeling herself, because she was dealing with “exhaustion, zero energy, crazy hormones, feeling so incredibly lonely in this journey, tears, sickness (leading to hospitalisation), feeling like I've lost my personality, I mean, the list could go on (sic)".

Laura quipped: “I wish I could have felt more Rihanna at the super bowl, but sadly not so (sic)", in a nod to the ‘Umbrella’ hitmaker’s own pregnancy announcement.
