Tilly Ramsay won’t be at the 'Strictly Come Dancing' final after testing positive for coronavirus.
The 20-year-old star - who finished sixth in the Latin and ballroom show this year alongside her pro partner Nikita Kuzmin, 23 – took to Instagram to confirm she is in isolation after testing positive for COVID-19.
She wrote: "So sad to be missing the Strictly final - but sadly have tested positive for COVID so will be watching from my sofa and cheering on the amazing finalists from home on Saturday night - wishing everyone lots of love & good luck (sic)"
The TikTok star - whose father is celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay - was due to re-join her fellow 'Strictly' contestants for a group dance, but she has now been forced to sit the routine out.
Nikita commented on Tilly's post with heart and crying emojis.
'Strictly' finalist John Whaite wrote: “Love you Tilly. Will miss you this weekend pal. But cannot wait for the tour xx (sic)"
Pro dancer Oti Mabuse added: “Love you babe”
Fellow 'Strictly' contestant Robert Webb left the competition in week three alongside professional dancer Dianne Buswell, after seeking an "urgent consolidation" with the specialist overseeing his recovery from heart surgery and realising he wasn't at the right stage of his recovery to cope with the demands of the show.
The 'Peep Show' star has also announced he won't be able to return for the final this weekend.
He wrote: "I seem to have switched from public to private mode and one of the effects of this is people will inevitably find their own ways to interpret my 'silence'. It isn't really silence, of course. It's just doing other stuff,
"But I thought I ought to pipe up because I won't be in the group dance of the Strictly final this Sat and I didn't want my absence (or my 'silence' about it) to be taken as evidence of any kind of bad feeling towards the show. (sic)"
