Stephen Bear will face trial next year after he denied sharing private sexual images.
The 31-year-old reality TV star appeared in court on Friday (30.07.21) after being accused of secretly recording himself having sex with a woman and sharing the footage online.
Appearing at Chelmsford Crown Court, he denied one count of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private sexual photographs or films.
The alleged offences are said to have taken place in August and November last year.
The 'Ex on the Beach' star has been granted condition bail by Judge Christopher Morgan until February 7.
He will then go on trial, which is expected to last two to three days.
The judge said: "Your trial is now fixed for February 7 next year. If you don't attend when required to do so a warrant may be issued for your arrest."
In January, Bear was arrested at Heathrow Airport on his birthday, after flying back to the UK from Dubai.
In May, he was charged with voyeurism, disclosing private, sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress, and harassment without violence.
Essex Police said at the time: "A man has been charged in connection with an investigation into the disclosure of intimate photographs without consent."
He has previously dismissed the allegations as "so silly".
And he told his social media followers: "So it’s actually sunk in what’s happened. I’ve got back and I didn’t realise the extent of what’s being spoken about right now."
And after his arrest, he described being met by police officers at the airport as "quite embarrassing actually".
He said: "My name’s ruined. Type Stephen Bear into Google, f****** hell. It doesn’t look good for the Bear, does it? But you know what they say, the only way is up."
