The 31-year-old 'Loose Women' star revealed her grandmother is ill in hospital so she is taking time away from her social media accounts to be with her mother.
She wrote: "'Just had an update on Grandma. She's doing ok and being looked after so well at the hospital. Thank you all so much for asking after her.
"It means the world. I'm going to spend the weekend helping my mum get things together and in place so I'll be off my stories.
"I love you all to the moon and back and I can't wait to see all of you Monday if all goes well. Have a lovely weekend. You deserve it."
Stacey previously revealed she had not been able to sleep after discovering her gran was sick in hospital.
She said: "Sorry I've been so quiet, my grandma isn't very well. Last night was really scary but looking much more positive this morning so we are all hoping and praying for the best...
"We aren't allowed to visit obviously because of lockdown and as much as we are desperate to give her a cuddle we hope we won't need to visit.
"We are thinking of you grandma ALWAYS, and hoping and praying that when this lockdown is over we can safely come and celebrate your birthday with you next month..."
