Stacey Dooley is experiencing "middle class problems" as she renovates her house.
The 34-year-old TV presenter - who has been a relationship with 'Strictly Come Dancing' professional Kevin Clifton since their 2018 victory on the BBC show - joked that she wants "everyone to feel sorry" for her as she refurbs her luxury home.
Speaking on 'The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show', she said: "Zoe, I want everyone to feel incredibly sorry for me. Because I’ve got real sort of middle-class problems going on! I’m in the hallway outside my bathroom, mid-reno. The house is upside down, Zo, back to front, I’m climbing the walls, I want everything done yesterday."
The star then went on claim that her house has turned into "utter chaos" after the walls have come down and the floor is coming up.
She added: "So the whole outside is all up, concrete, and then walls have come down in the kitchen and the floor is coming up. It’s utter chaos."
It comes after Stacey - who is known for fronting hard-hitting BBC documentaries on issues such as rape, pornography and paedophilia - announced her latest doc will tell the story of murdered sisters Bibaa Henry and Nicole Smallman, after their mother Mina chose her specifically.
In a statement, Stacey said: "When Mina asked me if I would make a film about her girls, I immediately wanted to help in any way I could.
"This is Mina’s film, and it’s about highlighting the persistent, chronic problem we have with violence against women, whilst ensuring that Nicole and Bibaa are never forgotten, and beyond that, are celebrated.
"I’d like to sincerely thank Mina, Chris and Monique. I hope this documentary contributes to a desperately needed conversation."
