Spencer Matthews stripping off at The BHF Blenheim Palace 10k
Spencer Matthews showed Stephanie Pratt exactly what she is missing by stripping off before running 10k yesterday, October 6.
Whipping off his top to reveal his newly toned torso, the star of 'Made In Chelsea' got changed for The Blenheim Palace 10k in Oxford, southern England in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
After the run, he said: "It was great to compete in the race in aid of the BHF and it was fantastic to get so much support from the watching fans."
As well as flashing his flesh, the reality TV star impressed even further with a great run of 54 minutes 26 seconds, only slightly slower than London 2012 heptathlete Louise Hazel, who also celebrated her 28th birthday yesterday.
The Commonwealth gold medallist - who is used to running 800m in the heptathlon - recorded a time of 52 minutes 28 seconds in her first ever 10k run.
Several other stars also took part in the race including classical singing sensation Natalie Coyle, former 'Hollyoaks' beauty Gemma Atkinson and 'Adulthood' actor Femi Oyeniran, as well as media personalities James Leyfield and Louise Saunders.
