Sophie Ellis-Bextor has said she'd like to perform minus her clothes on BBC One's 'Strictly Come Dancing', instead performing head-to-toe in diamantes.
The 'Murder on the Dancefloor' singer isn't at all anxious about flaunting her slender body, and is looking forward to removing her clothes week-by-week to expose a toned and slim figure which could rival those of the professional dancers.
Speaking to the Radio Times, she said: "I hope that by the end I'll be completely encrusted in diamante with a hot body like the pro girls, wearing little outfits with tassels.
"I used to perform at nightclubs in my pants, so I'm not nervous."
The 34-year-old star - who is a mother to Sonny, nine, Kit ,four, and 17-month-old son Ray - signed up to the BBC dancing show for a reported £25,000, but Sophie believes her appearance on the programme is long overdue.
She explained: "I have been approached a few times, but doing the choreography in my music videos made me feel self-conscious, so I always said no. But I don't care about looking daft anymore."
However, the brunette beauty will need to watch where she practices her fancy footwork after smashing into her son's cot last week and fearing she had snapped a bone in her foot while showing off her new routine in front of her family.
She took to Twitter last Thursday (19.09.13), writing: "I thought I'd broken a bone in my foot demonstrating one of my dance moves to Sonny last night. I collided with Ray's cot.
"It's not broken, just bruised. I am an idiot though. (sic)."
