Sinitta is in talks for 'The X Factor'.
Simon Cowell's former flame - who he dated in the 1980s - claims she has held discussions regarding a possible return to the singing competition after appearing as a guest judge a number of times in the past, and there's a chance she could appear on the upcoming celebrity version.
She told Closer magazine: "There have been discussions, but I haven't signed a contract yet.
"I'd love to do it, though - Simon's switching up the formula this year so I'd love to be involved. It would be nice to see past participants like Danni [Minogue] and Louis [Walsh] back."
But Sinitta has dismissed the idea Cheryl should make a comeback, and instead suggested she has found her "own niche" on BBC show 'The Greatest Dancer'.
She added: "I love Cheryl on the dance show. I think she's found her own niche there."
'X Factor' boss Simon recently revealed he was creating a celebrity version of the show.
He previously said: "I want to clear up any myths - because I've got some exciting news. I've had a meeting with ITV, I've told them what I think we'd like to do with 'X Factor' because we've been waiting to have this opportunity.
"The time feels right, and it will be a huge change. We haven't exactly confirmed the dates or the order of the shows, but essentially there are going to be two versions of 'X Factor' running this year. I think it's going to be huge, it's the best I've felt about this show in years."
