Shane Richie drew a willy on the 'EastEnders' set, years before he was cast in the BBC soap.
The 56-year-old actor - who played Alfie Moon on the soap from 2002 to 2005 and 2010 to 2016 - once snuck onto the BBC set with TV presenter Anthea Turner, and he left some rude graffiti on Pauline Fowler's (Wendy Richard) fridge.
Writing in his autobiography, 'Rags to Richie', he said: "I'd known Anthea for years and she was always up for a laugh. We cottoned on to the fact that this was where they filmed 'EastEnders' and we found a little backway through to their studios. We were like kids in a sweetshop - here we were running through the actual 'EastEnders' set.
"We found the Fowlers' house and ended up jumping up and down on Pauline and Arthur's bed giggling like mad. Security guards heard us and we scuttled off to hide behind Ian Beale's house.
"Eventually they disappeared, but just before we left I decided I had to leave my mark. I pulled a marker pen out of my back pocket and quickly drew a knob on Pauline Fowler's fridge. Childish I know, but it had to be done. Blame Anthea!"
Shane returned to the set nine years later to take on his role as the lovable Alfie Moon and won numerous awards for his performances.
However, he didn't dare to come clean about his member artwork, even though it had been removed.
He added: "I was invited to Elstree to watch an 'EastEnders' episode being filmed and to be officially shown round. Of course, I'd been there before with Anthea Turner.
"When the tour reached the Fowlers' house I held my breath and stole a glance at the fridge. My graffiti had been removed and I wasn't about to put it back."
