Dr Sara Kayat "wouldn’t be surprised" if Holly Willoughby wants more kids.
The 39-year-old TV presenter already has Chester, six, Belle, nine, and Harry, 11, with husband Dan Baldwin, but 'This Morning’s Dr Sara suspects she might want another child.
Speaking about Holly, she said: "She’s a baby whisperer. I wouldn’t be surprised [if Holly were broody].
"She’s got some lovely babies, lovely kids. Why wouldn’t you produce more if you’ve made such lovely ones?”
Dr Sara also revealed that Alison Hammond has changed her lifestyle after being warned she's pre-diabetic.
The 45-year-old TV star was told she risks being diagnosed with Type Two Diabetes unless she addressed the problem.
Dr Sara told Entertainment Daily: "We talked about pre-diabetes when she was given that diagnosis, that’s something that had given her a little bit of a kick.
"She’s so much fun, there’s so much energy and life and it’s so nice to see, especially at times like these when it can be really depressing for a lot of people."
Dr Sara has been the subject of Ofcom complaints after some of her appearances on the ITV show.
But the health expert stands by everything she's told viewers, explaining that it's all "evidence based".
She said: "Everything I’ve always said on 'This Morning' has been evidence-based so it’s always a shame when things like that come through. But I would always always say things that are evidence based."
Despite this, she accepts it's important that her statements are properly "appraised and scrutinised".
Dr Sara explained: "I think it’s important that what you say is appraised and scrutinised because you are given a platform and you need to use that appropriately.”
