Sandi Toksvig isn't worried about the "pressure" of taking over from Stephen Fry as the host of 'QI'.

The 57-year-old comedienne is set to replace the 58-year-old star as the host of the panel show after he announced he was quitting after 12 years earlier this year, and she's insisted she's not worried about filling his shoes.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz at the Sky Women in Film and Television Awards at the London Hilton on Park Lane hotel, she said: "I'm looking forward to it, let's put it that way. I'm not really somebody who worries about pressure. I've been doing this a very long time and it's a fabulous show. What I know is that the team who put it together are probably the best production team for this kind of thing in the world, so I'm just going to do what they tell me."
Sandi also admitted that while she hasn't been pestering Fry for tips, she has no doubt he'll let her know if he thinks she's doing a bad job.
She explained: "Stephen's been away and I haven't seen him, but I've known him since I was 19 and I don't think he'll be shy about telling me things."
And the former 'News Quiz' host won't be paying attention to any criticism on Twitter.
Sandi added: "I don't engage with social media and I think that's the secret to my longevity."
