Samia Longchambon can't pronounce her new surname.
The 'Coronation Street' star - who was born and raised in Manchester - tied the knot with her French beau Sylvain Longchambon last summer after three years together but has been forced to download a language app on her phone to help her with the accent.
Speaking to Women and Lifestyle magazine, she said: "I'm still getting used to saying my new surname - you don't pronounce the 'g' apparently. I still can't say it. I've got an app on my phone to try and help, so I do 15 minutes a day on that to learn.
"I get e-mails to remind me that I haven't done it that day, so I just sit down and try and learn a bit at a time. I'm still learning the accent too. I can only speak a little bit."
The couple got together in 2013 after they fell in love while they were partnered together for 'Dancing on Ice' but their romance was initially plagued with harsh criticism as Sylvain was in a relationship with 'Hollyoaks' star Jennifer Metcalfe at the time.
He dumped the brunette beauty - who he found love with on the same ice skating show the year before - on Christmas Day before striking up a relationship with Samia.
The pair welcomed their first child Yves Joseph into the world in September 2015.
And Samia - who also has seven-year-old daughter Freya from her first marriage to property developer Matthew Smith - is even thinking about having another little one.
She said recently about the possibility of expanding her brood: "Having three children instead of two is a big step, but it would be cool for Yves to have a little brother."
