Sam Faiers has revealed how shedding nearly two stone in weight led to her boobs shrinking.
The 'Only Way is Essex' beauty's bust has gone from a 32DD size to a 32C after she shed 23lbs before she entered the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house last Friday (03.01.14).
The 23-year-old reality star realised that she had piled on the pounds while in a relationship with former fiance Joey Essex and decided to lose weight following their split last year.
She said: "He was super-skinny and could eat what he wanted and not put on any weight.
"It was completely different for me because the weight does quickly show on me. I've always had chubby cheeks and when I put on weight, it goes to my face, neck and tummy. My face goes a bit puffy."
Sam has gone from 10st2lbs to 8st7lbs by taking Forza Supplements' Raspberry K2 diet pills.
She added: "If I start reaching for the biscuit tin or the crisps, I just take one of the Forza K2 capsules and it satisfies my craving. They give me that little bit of extra help in getting in shape - they are like a diet in a bottle."
